Rut Tatiana Tulusan S.H.

Ms. Tatiana attained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Law Faculty of Atma Jaya Catholic University Jakarta in 2007, majoring in Business and economic Law. Prior to joining Pramono Indartono, she worked at a prominent law firm in Jakarta. Ms. Tatiana is a highly motivated and creative individual, with a deep understanding of people and their surroundings, well-organized, and endeavours an unstoppable desire to maintain a high standard of professionalism in every work aspect amongst other things, while at the same time preserving a perfect balance within the pressure that comes with deadlines. Ms. Tatiana assisted various clients in preparing and conducting legal due diligence pertaining to mergers and acquisitions, as well as joint venture projects for several major companies. The various fields of the law in which she has an in-depth knowledge of, is the general corporate law, real estate and property, agrarian law, manpower and industrial relation.
