Indra Pramono Ekoputra, S.H.

Mr. Pramono is the founder and named Partner of Pramono Indartono with an experience of nearly 20 years. He graduated with honor by receiving cum laude from the Law Faculty of Atma Jaya Catholic University Jakarta, majoring in Business and Economic Law. As a Bachelor of Law and having experiences in the legal spectrum since 2006 then further obtained the Indonesian BAR certificate in 2010 which accredits him as an official Indonesian Advocate that  allowing him bar admittance in all judicial courts in Indonesia.

He takes a team-oriented approach in achieving his clients’ goals and interests in connection with their complex corporate and financial transactions as well as day-to-day contract, reporting and any compliance needs. He has structured and negotiated many major mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other business partnerships, strategic investments and commercial agreements.

Mr. Pramono comprehensive understanding of the intricacies within the legal industries has been enhanced through years of hands-on experience. In his role as a corporate lawyer, Mr. Pramono has been instrumental in handling complex legal matters, ranging from regulatory compliance to contract negotiations, specifically tailored to the unique challenges of these sectors.

His practice covers a wide range of sectors including general corporate, investment, M&A, consumers goods and retail, employment, sports and entertainment, franchise and licensing, real estate, healthcare and hospitality. Mr. Pramono retained one of the biggest group company in the fitness operating industry for the last decade. In 2020, he acted as the lead attorney of the Firm in assisting its client for a complex transaction worth over USD 100 Million. In addition to that, he also assisted many small scale business and startup companies on series of fundraising.
